ABOUT BEIJING INSIDE-OUT ART FOUNDATION
The Center for the Arts is a nonprofit foundation. January 2015, by the private enterprises Beijing Guardian Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Cathay Pacific Land Group Co., Ltd. initiated the establishment of sponsorship. The registration management authority of the Foundation is the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau. Sponsor direction: to support domestic and foreign outstanding cultural and artistic institutions and projects; to promote public art education. Foundation in 2016 get the 3A government "charity".
